Recent experience with a company (that shall remain nameless) has reminded me of one of the best, or possibly worst, types of PR: word of mouth. I know that none of my friends and family will ever use the services provided by this company due to the experience that I had with them. It is a reminder to companies to treat your customers well, they are the reason you are in business.
