ABC Real Estate takes a look at a new way of selling and buying homes in Logan
Logan, UT - ABC Real Estate is looking for investors to become involved in an equity-holding, beneficiary-directed land trust program. Credit and investment beneficiaries are used to help buyers, who do not have good enough credit or the down payment to buy a home. The investors borrow the money for a home which is placed in a trust. Eventually the home will be put into the buyer’s name. This allows the potential buyer to build credit and establish themselves while still working towards owning a home.
“It is a way of investing with an ownership mentality,” President Preston Parker said.
Parker was taught the system by Bill Gatten, who started the equity-holding land trust system in Utah. Gatten's first equity-holding land trust company is located in Salt Lake. For more information visit http://www.landtrust.net/.
ABC Real Estate started in January of 2008. It currently has five employees and is located in Logan, Utah.
