ABC Real Estate takes a look at a new way of selling and buying homes.
ABC Real Estate is looking for investors to become involved in an equity-holding, benificiary-directed land trust program. Credit and investment benificaries are used to help buyers who do not have good enough credit or the down payment to buy a home. The investors borrow the money for a home in a trust, that will eventually be put in the buyers name. It allows the potential buyer to build credit and establishes themselves while still working towards owning a home.
“It is a way of investing with an ownership mentality,” president Preston Parker said.
ABC Real Estate started in January of 2008. It currently has five employees and is located in Logan, Utah.
